We offer two non-custodial single-sided staking options for our ERC-20 token, PLACE.

Locked Staking (70% penalty for early withdrawals)

Set your staking duration (in days) and the amount of tokens you are comfortable to stake, and confirm the following two transactions:

1. Approve "PLACE" spending

2. Spend and lock your specified Amount of "PLACE"

You can freely withdraw after your staking duration has passed and enjoy an annual interest rate of 10%. Every NFT that you hold increases your APY by 1%, and there is no need to stake the NFT. Our staking smart contract knows how many NFTs you hold. Maximum Investment per user: 50'000'000 PLACE

We also have an integrated display that lets you monitor your accumulated rewards and shows you the exact time after which you can close your stake without a penalty of 70% of your initial deposit. In case you choose the early-withdraw option, you will only get back 30% of what you initially deposited, and the rest will serve as new locked-staking rewards for more patient stakers. Our staking rewards aren't endless, and that way, we can extend the opportunity for those who truly believe in our mission.

Flexible Staking

For all newbies: in flexible staking, you can exit the staking at any time without penalty, like in the option above. So you just need to provide the amount of tokens you are comfortable to stake and confirm the following two transactions:

1. Approve "PLACE" spending

2. Spend your specified Amount of "PLACE"

You can freely withdraw at any time and enjoy an annual interest rate of 5%. Every NFT that you hold increases your APY by 0.5%. Maximum Investment per user: 500,000,000 PLACE

The integrated display here lets you monitor your accumulated rewards and also displays your starting date.

NFT Boost

• Lucky Eleven NFTs boost your APY by 5% in flexible staking and 10% in locked staking.

• OnchainInk NFTs boost your APY by 0.5% in flexible staking and 1% in locked staking.

Example

You stake 100,000 PLACE in locked staking for 30 days. You also hold 1 Lucky Eleven NFT and 1 OnchainInk NFT.

Your APY would be calculated as follows:

10% + 10% + 1% = 21%

Your total earnings after 30 days would be:

100,000 * 21% * 30 / 365 = 1,750 PLACE
